Current Shunts (5 Amps and Above)

This is a DIN rail current shunt for the SiteMonitor and other products which need a 100mV shunt.

This shunt will produce an output voltage of 100mV at the output terminals when the current matching the rating is passed through the input terminals. Less current produces a lower voltage.  For example, a 10A shunt will produce 100mV when 10 amps are passed through it, and will produce 50mV when 5 amps is passed through it.

For customers using this unit with a SiteMonitor Base Unit II, be aware that the SiteMonitor Base Unit II reads in millivolts and an adjustment factor will need to be applied to get back to amps.
